No Billy Bat 31 raw is available yet =/. If you want to look at a chinese scanlation, you can view online here. or direct download here. The next chapter is April 15th, so we'll see how that goes.
If anyone would like to translate it from chinese to english, that would be nice. Otherwise, we'll have to wait for volume 4 to come out, which should be around mid July.
